Refund Policy
For the benefit of our customers and to alleviate purchasing
concerns for new and existing customers, we offer a 90-day money
back guarantee for our products. The guarantee promises our
customers that if after using Oxymax 1 for a period of 90 days, and
they are not satisfied, they may return it for a full product refund
minus shipping and handling costs. We typically charge the customer
below our actual cost for shipping, so with any returns we will only
be refunding the total amount minus our actual shipping costs, which
may be more than what the customer paid. Customer shall bear the
cost of return shipping. Products must be returned to us within 90 days of delivery date for to receive a valid refund. Returns after
such date shall not be refunded. Customer must email us immediately
and alert our attention to them returning the product(s) and include
their full name, email, mailing address and reason for requesting a
refund. The money back guarantee is not offered to customers outside
the European Union, including APO addresses. All sales are final to
these destinations. All wholesale or bulk sales are also final,
anywhere in the world.
This refund only applies to people who purchase 3 OxyMax 1 with
their original order. All orders less than 3 are not covered by our
refund policy.
